Affiliate programme terms
Last updated October 30, 2026
Welcome to the Afripace affiliate programme (the “Programme”). Every member can share a personal affiliate link and earn a share of the courses bought through it. By sharing your link, you (the “Member”) agree to these terms, along with our terms of use. Afripace (“we”, “us” or “our”) may update these terms; continuing to take part means you accept the changes.

Earnings and payment
A. Earnings
- For each qualifying sale, you earn the share of the price shown on your Affiliate page. The share is fixed when the payment is confirmed.
- Your own purchases do not count, and refunded or cancelled orders earn nothing.
B. Payment
- Method: Mobile Money, to the number you set on your Affiliate page, or your last purchase's WhatsApp number if you haven't set one.
- Schedule: earnings are paid once a month.
C. Fraud prevention
We may withhold or cancel earnings for:
- Self-referrals or fraudulent purchases.
- Use of bots or click farms.
- Refunds or chargebacks above 5% of your sales.
- Breaking these terms.
Suspicious activity may lead to a suspension while we review it.
Tracking and reporting
- Use your own affiliate link so that sales are credited to you.
- When someone follows your link, a cookie keeps your code on their device for 90 days.
- We are not responsible for sales that cannot be tracked because of ad blockers, deleted cookies, a change of device or browser, or other technical limits.
- Your Affiliate page shows your purchases, what you have earned and what is still to receive.
Intellectual property
- You may use the Afripace name and brand only to promote the Programme. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
- Do not modify our logo or materials without our approval.
Legal compliance
You must follow the laws that apply to your promotion, including:
- Advertising disclosure rules, such as the FTC guidelines in the United States.
- Data protection laws, such as Ghana's Data Protection Act, Nigeria's NDPA, Kenya's Data Protection Act and the GDPR in the European Union.
- Anti-spam rules, such as CAN-SPAM for email promotions.

Customer relationship
- People who buy through your link become Afripace customers.
- Afripace handles their support, payments, refunds and the enforcement of its policies.
